Services

What we do

Ribbon & fusion splicing

Feeder and distribution splicing with ribbon fusion splicers, plus single fiber. Aerial closures, handholes, pedestals, vaults and FDH cabinets.

FTTH drop splicing

Drop and terminal splicing to connect homes and businesses on passive optical networks.

Testing & documentation

OTDR and power-meter testing, splice loss reports and photo documentation for every splice point.

Aerial splicing

Aerial closures and pole-line splicing from our own bucket trucks.

Construction

Fiber construction

We build the fiber route, not only the splices. One crew can place the cable and then splice and test it, so you manage one subcontractor from build to turn-up.

Discuss a construction project
  • Aerial cable placement

Strand, fiber placement and lashing on pole lines.

  • Overlashing

New fiber lashed to existing strand and cable.

  • Pole hardware

    Attachments, guying and hardware installation.

  • Slack & closure setup

Slack storage and closure placement, ready for splicing.

Process

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Scope and pricing

We review the prints and project location and provide unit pricing.

  2. 02

    Mobilization

The crew travels to site with trucks, splicers and test gear.

  3. 03

    Safe field work

A job safety analysis is completed each day before work begins.

  4. 04

    Daily reporting

Production is reported daily by splice point, with photo documentation.

Safety

Safety on every job

Aerial and roadside work leaves no room for shortcuts. Every crew follows the same daily routine.

  • Daily job safety analysis completed and signed before work starts
  • OSHA and NESC requirements for aerial work and clearances
  • Vehicle and bucket inspections before each shift
  • Work-zone setup with cones, signage and PPE
